The Gucci wool liner

EQUILANA El Gucci wool liner is made from 100% premium quality merino wool that we know your horse will love to wear.

The comfortable wool material provides superior insulation and moisture wicking. The horse dries and stays warm – the wool absorbs sweat from the horse. This can, among other things, help prevent rain rot.

• The liner attachments will fit most outdoor and indoor rugs.
• The liner is cut like a walker rug to reduce the risk of rubbing on the shoulder area.
• The front section is designed to be easily adjusted to the horse, whether you want a snug or looser fit.
• The liner is also suitable for riding, lunging, and transport.
• The rug is easy to keep clean; wood chips and hay can be easily shaken off.

The liner comes in 3 sizes: S (large pony/small horse up to 135cm), M (140-145), and L (155-165).

FACTS ABOUT WOOL

• Wool products can be aired out instead of being washed. Wool is antibacterial, and dirt usually does not penetrate the fibers but settles on the outside. Wool fibers are made up of a series of air pockets that carry dirt, odor, moisture, and the like from the body or the surroundings, and these are released by simply airing it out in fresh air for a couple of hours.

• Wool insulates like a thermos because it consists of 80% air. Still air is the secret behind all insulation.
• Wool provides warmth even when wet.
