1. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices in the online store are stated in NOK.
You can pay with Vipps or invoice/card via Klarna Checkout. Fast, safe and easy.
You can find the terms and conditions for deferred payment of Klarna invoices at the checkout.
2. SHIPPING
Shipping prices:
Delivery address mainland Norway: NOK 149,- Shipping limit: NOK 2.000,-
Delivery address Europe and Svalbard: NOK 370,- Shipping limit NOK 4.000,-
Delivery address outside Europe: NOK 415,- Shipping free limit NOK 4.000,-
Most orders are on their way to you within 2 working days of ordering.
You have the option of choosing a delivery address other than your home address/invoice address.
Always check the goods when you receive them. If the goods are damaged during transport, this must be reported to the delivery point on the same day as the goods are received.
Packages that, in all likelihood, are not collected and are thus returned to us will be charged for the costs this entails. Up to NOK 500,-
3. RETURNS
You always have a 14-day right of return when you shop with us. It is allowed to change your mind. BUT: SOCKS, MITTENS, HATS, HEADBANDS AND NECKLACES ARE NOT EXCHANGED.
The cancellation period runs from the day you receive the item. Always keep the original packaging and leave the labels on until you have decided to keep the product. Products that are returned must of course be unused. Any hairs on the rug must be removed, and do not try the rug on a shedding dog.
If you want to cancel your purchase, you are responsible for the shipping cost back to us. Fill in the attached cancellation form and send the package by post (not PostNord) to:

4. COMPLAINTS
Are your goods damaged? Please take a picture and send us an email, and we will help you.
This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the item.
We will reimburse reasonable shipping costs that you may have incurred in connection with the return of the item, when the complaint is justified.
If you wish to make a complaint about a product, always contact us by email before sending the item.
In the case of transport damage, the deadline in section 2 applies. The damage must be reported on the same day as the goods are received.
