When you place an order in our store, you will instantly receive an e-mail with an order confirmation.

We strive to send out your items quickly; the same day or the day after you’ve placed your order.

Shipping

Shipping prices for products in the online store

For international shipping (including Svalbard):
– Free shipping for orders over NOK 4.000,-
– Shipping costs NOK 330,- for orders under kr 4.000,- regardless of package weight and destination.

For customers in Norway:
– Free shipping for orders over NOK 2.000,-
– Shipping costs NOK 140,- for orders below NOK 2.000,-

Deliveries outside Norway:

We ship to all European countries, Alaska, and the rest of the USA. The international freight rate in our online store is a flat NOK 330,- per order, regardless of destination and weight. Prices will be charged without VAT.

Deliveries within Norway:

Deliveries in Norway are facilitated by Posten Norge AS, and packages are sent as registered parcels. In Norway, shipping costs NOK 140,- regardless of the size and weight of the package.

Return / Exchange

Didn’t fit the size or didn’t the product meet your expectations? You have a two-week return policy on items you buy from us. The items must be unused with the labels on. Any dog hair on the deck must be removed. Return postage is paid by the customer. Shipping / postage for new item that you want to change, we pay. If you order a return slip online it is cheaper than buying at Posten, and with SMS notification (tel. 90754658), it will take less time until we receive the return.

We will refund what you paid for the item itself, but we will not refund the shipping that was added to your order.

Payment and security

If you are ordering from outside of Norway, payment is processed through DIBS. DIBS is a secure solution for online card payment, accepting both Visa and Mastercard. If you are ordering from Norway, you can choose between the payment solutions DIBS or KLARNA. With KLARNA FAKTURA you can skip unnecessary registrations and passwords. By using this service, you will always receive your items before you have to pay, and you can choose to split the payment if you want to.
