Finnmark wool undershirt 100% wool

FINNMARK wool shirt sweater is made of thick, elastic 100% merino wool. We have used the same fabric as in the FINNMARK wool long johns. It is developed especially for dog sledders and others with similar cold-weather challenges. This fabric is almost windproof, it breathes, and it consists of thick wool with air that warms and insulates. Layer upon layer upon layer to stay warm becomes unnecessary with the FINNMARK wool shirt. Unisex.

On washing and cleaning the FINNMARK wool sweater and other Canelana wool products:

• We recommend shaking and airing it outside in fresh air for a couple of hours. Dirt usually does not penetrate the wool fibers, but settles on the outside.

• When washing, we recommend machine washing using a wool program at 30 degrees Celsius with a dedicated wool detergent.

• Wool products should be washed separately for the best results.

• Preferably avoid hand washing, as it can be difficult to regulate the temperature and remove soap and dirt residue compared to machine washing.

• Spin-drying also helps the wool fabric dry faster and creates poorer conditions for bacterial growth.
